Information sent to the departure desk
To submit an enquiry, provide your name, email address and telephone number. The message and trip choices are optional, and the form sends the details to the charter enquiry inbox. Payment information, passport copies and sensitive health documents do not belong in the submission.
Protecting the form and retaining a shortlist
The browser keeps your saved yacht styles so that you can return to a planning preference. Clear the list from the compare page when it is no longer useful; it is not a booking record.
Form protection uses an HTTP-only, first-party cookie and short-lived server records. Request identifiers and hashed network identifiers support abuse controls and duplicate-message handling. This website has no analytics or advertising scripts.
Email and follow-up
Hosting and email services carry the form submission. We do not treat an enquiry as permission for a marketing subscription. A message can fail to reach an inbox despite a delivery response; when the form shows an error, save the details and try later.
Questions or deletion requests
You may ask about your enquiry records or request correction or deletion at [email protected]. Help us identify the request using only the information needed. Operational and legal obligations to retain records can restrict removal.
